The Need to Create

Every painting begins with a personal experience that I haven't been able to fully express outside of my art. Though, I don't paint to explain my experiences. An experience creates emotion, and that emotion creates the images you see here.

My Philosophy

We are all connected.

Although the work begins with me, it is not intended to remain about me. I believe we are all more alike than we realize, and my hope is that you can recognize a bit of yourself in my work.
