BEHIND THE WORK:

A portable silver CD boombox was a staple in many homes when I was growing up. Whether listening to my favorite movie tracks on CD or tuning into the local radio stations, music has always been a big part of my life. It helps me focus, loosen up, and process emotions. Though, this painting holds more than just my love for music. To me this painting says I'm live, and I'm free.
